Refund Policy

We want you to love your EIVOI. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You may return any unused EIVOI product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email returns@eivoi.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive the product, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different color or variant are free within 30 days, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
