Refund Policy

We want you to love your EIVOI. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label, so you never pay to send an item back, and there is no restocking fee.

What cannot be returned (please read first)

For hygiene reasons, opened Mouth Tape and opened Nasal Strips cannot be returned. They are single-use adhesive products applied to the face. Unopened, unused packs are returnable normally under the 100-day guarantee.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at support@eivoi.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions and a prepaid return label.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free — EIVOI pays for it. Use the prepaid label we send you; do not pay any carrier yourself.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No restocking fee is deducted.

Exchanges & damaged items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement right away.

Non-returnable items

Opened Mouth Tape and opened Nasal Strips, and items returned more than 100 days after delivery or not in their original condition, are not eligible for a refund.
