Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–10 business days
• Canada: 3–10 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–10 business days
• International Orders: 12–20 business days (depending on your destination)

Please note that these delivery estimates do not include our 1–3 business day processing time.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST on Fridays, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers in many countries worldwide.

International shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated during checkout.

Some destinations may require 12–20 business days for delivery after your order has been processed.

Taxes & Duties

For international orders, taxes and duties may apply depending on your country's import regulations.

Where applicable, these fees may be calculated during checkout. Any additional customs charges or import fees requested by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@eivoi.com.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order has been processed. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $39 USD.

Orders below this amount will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
