Buy this only if you already know strips work for you. If you have not used them before, buy the 30 pack instead and find out first. Nasal strips help some people and do nothing at all for others, and there is no way to tell which you are without trying.

Why buy in bulk

They are single use, so if they work for you this is an ongoing cost, and buying six months at a time costs less per night than buying monthly. That is the entire argument. There is no other benefit and we are not going to invent one.

What they do not do

They do not treat obstructive sleep apnoea. If you snore heavily, gasp or choke at night, or wake exhausted despite a full night, a strip is not the answer, and buying six months of them is a way of putting off the appointment you should make. They also come off. Side sleepers who press their face into a pillow lose them overnight more often than back sleepers do.
