Nasal strips help some people and do nothing at all for others, and there is no way to tell which you are without trying. We would rather sell you one pack than ninety you do not use.

Why buy in bulk

They are single use, so if they work for you this is an ongoing cost, and buying three months at a time costs less per night than buying monthly. That is the entire argument. There is no other benefit and we are not going to invent one.

What they do not do

They do not treat obstructive sleep apnoea. If you snore heavily, gasp or choke at night, or wake exhausted despite a full night, a strip is not the answer, and buying three months of them is a way of putting off the appointment you should make.
